So im sure this has been beaten to death but couldn't quite find my situation. I am planing on installing infinity 6832's in all for doors and the alpine ktp 445u into the wiring behind the dash for a little boost. I also want to add a sound ordinance powered sub, do I need yet another harness adapter or can I run it too off the alpine wothout meesing up the power to the 4 door speakers? Thx

You can buy the PAC FRD24 adapter and splice the Alpine 445U and use the high level inputs. This is what I did. I'm looking to add the Sound Ord sub when I get a free weekend. I'm probably going to get the Sound Ord 8-PTD sub as it has a Class "D" amp. Its be a more efficient design than the 8-PT and has a little more power (5W). I emailed PAC and they said you wont create any resistance issues by running the PAC, it's just a signal transformer.

I'm done with 6x8. I never got the quality sound I liked. Component speakers is the way to go. More power and clearer sound and louder music.
