2014 XLT. I want to use external music player for first time. I plug player cable into "line in jack". Press aux button above radio until shows line in, but no sound. Unplug cable and plug in earphones good sound.
Never have had any problems with truck. Thanks... I've searched.

 

Got it to work. Just had to plug cable into jack several times.
