Default Assistance needed (P2197 - Data)

Ok, so I have a 2014 5.0 w/~240k on the clock.
Last year with the help of the search function on the forum, i discovered and was able to fix my issue with my evap purge valve, that was causing rough/no starts, and rough idle. Recently i had what was a rough idle, and code thrown for P2197. The evap purge valve i had was a duralast brand, which coincidentally had been chattering on me for about a month. I chalked it up to that causing an issue (i know) and replaced finally with a FoMoCo unit earlier this month. After a hard reset, ran ok for bit then throws the same code, again. i've been living with this, because i know, or at least assume, based off reading the forum, that it is likely an underlying issue that is causing the code to be thrown. So instead of throwing parts at it, i started to log some data. The problem is, i dont know how to decipher it, to know which direction i should be looking.

So, here is where I'm at. I've logged data, via freeze frame on my cheapo scan tool. Attached file shows my findings. i'm not quite sure how to easily enter into the thread, but that is all the data needed. Can someone take a look and let me know if there is anything out of the ordinary that may lead to a starting point to finish troubleshooting? ANY direction would be very much appreciated!

Also to add to this, over the weekend i cleaned the Throttle Body, and MAF sensor and did a PCM reset sunday evening. I believe the data on 2/26 reflects this change in some number (guess).
