Default Anyone try this locking rear seat storage?

http://www.tuffyproducts.com/p-327-2...subwoofer.aspx

This is tempting to get because it doesn't require any permanent modifications to be installed, works with the subwoofer, and has a fairly stout lock on it.

Any opinions good/bad/ugly on this? I've not found much, so asking before I blow the 253 bones on it.

I have not seen any reviews but saw that and was interested in it as well. Hopefully we can hear from someone with first hand experience.

I had a tuffy rear box and console box in an older jeep I had years ago. Great product. I never had any issues with it. Heavy duty. Curious to hear about it related to the F150.

Tuffy products have a great reputation among off-roaders. They're known for strength and security. I had one of their overhead consoles in my Jeep and it was very well made. They're one company I'd trust without hesitation.

Now I like that, it would fit my SBR AR15, mags and some other gear.

That is the best looking and functional storage unit I've seen yet for the F150 rear seat storage. Looks great!

I have it. Great product. Takes about 20 minutes to do the quick install. Very secure. Even more secure if you do the "secure" install. There is more storage space than you think. Probably long enough to store a hunting rifle or AR. If you look at what people are paying for plastic unsecured storage, this is a steal. I highly recommend it. Great customer service also and fast shipping.

It just appears that there is a sharp corner to hit your leg on getting in or just sitting in the seat.
