Default Anyone remove the TPMS light from cluster?

Curious about this.

Going to get a second set of wheels and tires for my 2011 F150.

Spending over $200 on sensors seems like a crazy waste of money.

Wondering if anyone has pulled the cluster and I'm assuming there is separate bulb. Anyone remove it?

Looks like the cluster is easy to take out. Like 6 screws?

That would be cool if your State don't have any Inspection requirements...It will not pass State Inspection with it out in Va. TPMS is a Fed requirement.

I'm guessing it's not a bulb that can simply be pulled. Most panels now have a ton of electronics on the back side. The sensors can be found on Ebay for less than 200.00

I like the TPMS on my mustang. Of course, it stays on when I switch to drag radials and take it to the track, but it's let me know once (in cold weather), I need to put some more air in a tire or two. Sometimes you forget to check the tire pressure like you should. Saves you from extra expenses!

Could a tune remove the light? I had brenspeed remove the CEL code for my removed fuel recirculation cannister. Not sure if that's the same system, though.

type in 2011 f150 tpms on ebay. You can get a set of new FoMoCo TPMS's for 100 Tucks. I had them on my 2010 and they worked great. I really didn't want to change sensors all the time becasue my wheels were summer only.

Yesterday before a 250mile trip I checked and filled 3 out of 4 stock pirellis tires back to 35psi. About 10 minutes/10 miles the "tire pressure seņor fault" light popped on. It was on for a good 15 minutes/15 miles then shut off. But later on on my return trip came on again for a short time.

Why do you think this is? All tires have 35psi
