Yeah, definitely factory look. There's a push button to cycle through the colors. They put the push button in that little tray just forward of the shifter (the one that's about 1" X 3"). You can't adjust the brightness. I leave it on all the time. It's really not too distracting.

I have been thinking about replacing all my interior lights from the stock green to a nice ice blue or white LED... I'm waiting on a guy to PM me back on a another forum a quote on changing them out.
