I need to replace this bearing in the transfer case output cone.

Any ideas how to?

Look carefully at the pic you posted (about 1 o'clock). There is a seam in the bushing with interlocking "fingers". You can carefully drive a small screwdriver or narrow chisel behind it in that area to collapse the bushing and remove it. Find a pipe, or something similar, to drive it back in. I have rebuilt several automatic transmissions and have seen plenty of bushings, of that design, that I have replaced.
