anyone know how much weight the black tie downs in side the bed at all 4 corners can hold. when i need to haul my motorcycle i was wondering if i should use those or the holes in the top of the bed

I put a ratchet strap on two of the tie down points and tightened it, to test it out. Didn't like it. There was a lot of flex in the bed side. I found(harbor freight, I think?) some tie down points that fit onto the bolts that hold the bed to the frame. I can ratchet my CBR1000RR down until the suspension is bottomed out, no issues.
I agree with the other posters, use the supplied tie downs, they are strong. I had an 03 with tie downs that look the same as my 2011, I was hauling a 800 lb gun safe in the bed pulled tight against the tailgate (the safe was lying on its back on a rolling dolly), some gal pulled out in front of me while I was traveling about 45 miles an hour, accident totaled my truck, $15k in damage to the front end, both airbags deployed, it was a relatively violent collision, the safe never moved.

The holes at the top seem to be for lashing a load to that side of the bed, not for a secure tie-down while hauling bikes.
You can distort the bed badly using the top holes for securing a load.
You could throw a temporary 'spreader' across the top to prevent the sides of the bed from folding inwards.
The lower tie down brackets (bolted to the frame) are the ones to use when hauling a bike.
