Default Another wheel question

I know another wheel question but i have read through tons of post and searched for it. The wheels I am looking at come in a -12 or a -24 offset and i am not sure which ones to get. I am looking at putting 305/55 20 or 35/12.5 20 tires on. I would like to go with the -12 but would that be enough backspacing for the 35's? Thanks for the help.

More info. Lift? Level? We can't just magically know what your truck looks like now..

I'm not sure yet. I'm either going with a 2 inch level and the 305's or a 6 inch lift and 35's. So I guess what I'm asking is what would be the best way to go that would work for the lift or level.

If you just level, you'll rub with both offsets for sure. If you do a 6", you'll be for sure fine with a -12 offset and 35s. You could also do a 4" lift and clear the 35s with -12. Not for sure on the -24 though.
