Default Another HVAC/Blend Door issue

I have a 2011 F150 with dual climate control and numerous issues. I couldn't find an answer to all my issues by searching. I have the problem with hot air from Driver's side and cold air from Passenger side with Temp setting on 75 degrees with outside temp of 30. The passenger side air is ice cold due to AC compressor running even when AC is not selected. I can have temp set at 80 degrees on VENT without AC selected and compressor still cycles. I also have the issue of air still coming from vents when "FLOOR" is selected and hot air coming from the vents even with HVAC off. Will I need to replace all three actuators since there is a gammet of issues? I've ran the diagnostic on the HVAC by pressing the POWER and DEFROST simultaneously then RECIRC. "AC" shows on my display and the buttons flash. After powering the HVAC off and turning back on, the temps on Driver and Passenger are equal until I select a different setting. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

If the outside temp is 30 and your passenger blend door is stuck open, then you will get 30 degree air coming in. I don't believe the AC is running.
From what you are describing it looks like the passenger blend door or actuator is the issue.

I would start with replacing the actuator, since it fails the most often. It's the one located behind the Radio bezel. plenty of videos on YouTube on how to replace it. And at $40 it's also not a lot of $$ if that's not the issue.

If after you replace it the issue remains, then your best bet is to take it in to your dealer for "diagnostics" as it could be a myriad of possible issues.

Thank you for your reply. The compressor is cycling because I opened the hood to check it. It cycles as if the AC is on. I'm not sure what could be signaling the compressor to run when I do not have it on defrost or have the AC button pressed.

The blend door motor you suggested should take care of the temp variance between driver and passenger, but what about the floor/vent issue? I'm thinking that motor is failing as well. Is that the one on the far right of the HVAC unit under the dash?
