Yes, they came with everything needed and was plug and play, the only thing I had to run was the power and ground as it uses the battery to power them on VS using the harness, the only thing the harness is used for is for sensing when they are turned on.

The kits are very nice, you do pay a little more than some of the other kits but it came with detailed instructions with quality parts. All plugs are automotive weather proof connectors. All parts are shipped in a hard aluminium case and they have a ton of replacment parts.

I will say that little things like flashing to pass with during the day with the headlights off is not effective as they do not have time to strike and warm up, so you lose that feature but I usually do that on long trips and will have my lights on when I travel long distances anyway and then they function like normal.

I got the Bi-xenon 35watt digital slim 8000k kit. On the sight it shows the difference between the K ratings from lowest to highest to help you make your decision.
