Ambient Temp Sensor Location

Does anyone know where the ambient temp sensor is located on a 2014 xlt?

It's mounted next to the horns behind the grille.

In front of the rad on the bracing by the hood latch.

I would like to install tow mirrors but don't want to loose the ext temp display in the dash. The aftermarket ones I have found state:
Does NOT include ambient temperature sensor built in
Any help is greatly appriciated.

Don't pay any attention to that warning. Their must be some manufacturer out there that has a temp sensor in the mirror. But not the f150.

There must be some factory ones that place the sensor in teh mirrors. Since ours are not, i dont forsee there being any problem.
