When I had my 2013 all I did was take them off and trace the pattern on rubber matting I purchased at Home Depot. It wasn't expensive I don't recall the price. Here are some photo's of before and after.
Go get some rubber Mud flaps from your local truck supply, as long as the air deflectors are not over 24X36 a mud flap will work. They will also have Plastic flaps and you can even get them in various colors.
Alright, i finally got my headlight unit out the way so now i can see where the third deflector is supposed to go (mine is just hanging down under the bumper)
Interestingly, not only are these deflectors in place to assist with air travel to the radiator, they're also there to aid cold air towards the air intake tubing. The "third" or driver's side lower deflector actually funnels air upward into the wheel arch where the engine air intake is, when it's not there, in combination with the driver's side upper deflector, it will not be directing cooler air up there, the upper and lower combine to form a funnel, outward toward the air intake in the arch with the upper doubling as an air deflector towards the radiator on it's other side.
