Depends on where you buy it and who installs it. My install cost me $400.00 for the unit (ebay), $20 for the new surround and install kit (ebay), and about $60 for the sirius adapter kit (Bestbuy). All together I was under $485 which is well below the MSRP of like $1K just for the unit.

No Ford part number because they are aftermarket developed. You'd have to call Ford to see if they make one.

The Metra Axxess will fit a 09+ F-150. It ranges in price from $159.00 - $200.00 depending on the website you find it on. Here is a link:http://www.autosoundcentral.com/Metr...1_p/afsi01.htm
Also, Crutchfield sells the Ford Factory Radio Interface kit which does the same and looks a lot better. Crutchfield wants $199 for the kit. Here is the link: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-qbsidsO...=detailed_info
I hope that helps!

Guess I'm just a cheap SOB (even though I drive a King Ranch). I have the need for a GPS....maybe once every other month. So, no way I was going to spend north of $2k for a factory system that rarely (if ever) gets used.
I bought a Garmin Nuvi 255WT for $150. Pulled 10A switched power from the fuse box and ran it into the glove box. So, on the rare occasion that I need GPS, I open the glove box, set the Nuvi in the coin tray in front of the shifter and follow the lovely lady's directions. Upon arrival I pick up the whole thing, put it in the glove box and close the door. Out of site from thieves and total cost was about the same as taking my wife to a ball game.

Plus, I have 5 cars I choose between for daily driving and the portable units make it easy to never be without GPS.

Best way to go, in my humble opinion. I have a GARMIN Nuvi 200W and it does EVERYTHING one could ask for. No sense in paying big bucks for something that will be outdated a month after you install it. The "wow factor" wears off quickly, and frankly...99% of the features of the high-end aftermarket in-dash units are never used.

This is very true..my in dash system is nice when you pick someone new up..they wow, whoa, ahh, and other little noises but after they leave it's just a NAV system I barely use (until this week - out of town). I keep in on Sirius satellite radio all the time. I don't use a back up cam, Ipod, flash drive, or anything else on it. It's basically there for the wow factor. I do love it and wouldn't re-install that nasty stock radio..don't get me wrong.. but it's almost $500 bucks I could have put under the hood or in the bank..you decide haha.
