the Hoss wheel is made by the same company. you can google KMC XD wheels and it will pull up their website. i don't remember it off the top of my head. also, if money is no object you can look into BMF wheels. they are very nice wheels, but also pricey.

Ballistic or Fuel wheels? I think your front end will be higher than the back with a 2 1/2" level. Are you putting a rear block in?

Ballistic wheels: http://www.ballistic-wheels.com/
Fuel wheels: http://www.mhtwheels.com/default.cfm?brand=488

No I don't think your truck will look terrible. I just remember reading that some guys said their front was a little higher than the rear after a 2 1/2 level. Your truck your choice on what looks/mods you want.

As you can see, I went with the Monsters. Yeah there are a lot of them out there but I like them. I just put a 1 1/2" level in mine.

I have a 2009 FX4, I put a 2.5" Autospring level kit up front and replaced the factory 1 5/8" rear block with a 3" block and glad I did that as I don't like the look of "nose up". The rear currently sits slightly higher than front, but barely noticeable. I love the look. I also put 18x9 XD Addicts with 295/70/18 (~34") Terra Grapplers. Here are a few pics:
