Default Adding a sub to factory radio (harness question)

I built a custom box for my JL 10w3v3 that will be going under the rear seat in my super crew. It will be powered by a JL 500/1 amp. I'm curious if anyone has used this harness that connects to the factory harness to get RCA outputs.

Btw, truck has SYNC, no nav, no Sony, but it does have a 6 disc changer. I will be adding another amp for the door speakers down the road.

I have the LC6 in my truck. I have an Alpine four channel amp running my 10" JL Audio sub and Focal 165 V30's works great.
