Adding Puddle Lights to F150 door mirrors

What I need to know is how to wire in the lights. My truck is a 2010 F150 and has the round plastic knock-out on the bottom of mirrors but I don't think any wiring is already there.

He also moded the lights to led but I believe he explains the wiring too.
