no problem. I think this weekend I am going to get the test light out and pop out the ac control and hit the heated mirror button until I find the wire I need to tap and run the wires into each door then hopefully find a small enough pin to fit into the current connector in the door to connect to the mirrors, it all sounds good in my head but I think this is going to be a entire weekend project.

I'm thinking you need to get out the owner's manual to see where the fuse and relay ( under the hood ) for the heated mirrors are located, also to see if they are installed.
The wire from the output of that relay is where you would need to feed the heating elements on the mirrors -- not from the switch on the climate control harness.

In other words --- if you locate which wire from the climate control to activate the heated mirrors , that wire is running to the coil side of the corresponding relay and it might be one color.

It's the output from the relay that's suppling the current to the heating elements and it may be another color.
