Default Adding Door Lock Actuators for Keyless Entry

Hello, I am new to this channel but wanted to seek some advice about an install I am looking to do in the near future.
My 2012 F150 STX is about as basic as it can get, manual windows, manual locks etc. I am looking to add aftermarket actuators to my driver and passenger side door with a key fob and have just ordered this off of Amazon.

I have also found this schematic online for the product.

I am not interested in wiring it to my exterior lights, however if people recommend it and it is easy enough, then I will. My main question is am I able to tap into a hot fuse (10 amp that is always receiving power from the battery in my internal fusebox), and if so how would I ground it? Just to any piece of metal in the area? Sorry if these are dumb questions, this will be my first electrical project on the truck. Given that, if anyone has any advice regarding a project like this please share, it would be greatly appreciated!

That diagram shows a dedicated 10a fuse. The Ford fuse when equipped with power locks is a 15a fuse at F32 in the interior fusebox, which covers power locks and windows and maybe some other stuff. If you have an active fuse there, I'd use that one to tap. Or, install one there, not sure if the battery side is wired in an SXT. I would think so.
There are grounds in both footwells that are used for many of the interior devices. This is where the locks would normally be grounded. And they would be convenient for running your own ground wire through the door. They must just be a few inches away from where the wires come from the door thru the pillar.
