Default AC Blender motor broke? "Fuse"?? Help!!

I was looking and hoping to see if there was a fuse connected to the HVAC Blender door motor. I was looking though my owners manual but I haven't found anything, or maybe I just missed it. I keep hoping that I won't have to have the entire dash ripped out to have it fixed.

It does seem to be a somewhat common occurrence. If you have had it done, if you don't mind me asking, what did it cast to fix. I know the part at auto zone is about $30.00, or at least that is what the guy there told me the part was. Thanks for the help.

The cost to repair would vary depending on if you have dual climate control or not.
One is relatively easy to change, one requires a lot more labour.
Do you have dual climate?

God help you if you have dual climate control. $1,200 in labor to change a $30 motor

Depends on which side ... I believe it's the LH side for dual that is the 8+ hour job... RH isn't so bad.

Thank you for the information everyone. It is the passenger side. And yes it is dual control. We are on our way back down to Florida. While I'm driving in a short sleeved shirt, my wife is in a snuggie, and two blankets. We have covered up most of the vents and that has helped. LOL.
I am good with my hands and do a lot of my own work. Anyone tackled this before?
Again, thank you for all of the info, it helps out a lot.

Pull the radio and drop the glove box down, it's on top of the case
