Default ABS pulsating

Earlier this summer the ABS light came on in the dash , done some trouble shooting and traced the problem to a faulty front wheel speed sensor. Replaced the sensor and the abs light in the dash went off, problem solved. Truck sat for most of the summer as i did some repairs to a rusted out wheel well and replaced a bad alternator and battery . Started it up yesterday for the first time in about 3 weeks , everything looked and sounded fine no warning lights in the dash , waited for the engine to warm up. Took it out for a test drive and when i pushed the brakes there was a fast pulsating feel to the brake peddle. Any ideas what it could be ?

Thanks for replying Mark, only replaced the front driver side wheel sensor. Took it out for another spin today and now the ABS dash light is on again , could it be another sensor ? I bot both speed sensors for the front wheels even though the Forscan test said it was only the front left.

If the ABS light is on, there should be a DTC for it. Depending on the code, could be many things.
