I've got a 2012 F150 FX4 where it has been diagnosed with ABS code 116A ABS Pressure Transducer. Pinpoint test shows transducer reads over 3000PSI with No Brake input. I plan to remove the ABS module & HCU assembly and send my ABS module in for 'Refurbishing' at one of the many services offered online for this for @$160-$300 depending on who you go with? More importantly, I plan to buy a Used HCU from one of the many listings I find for them on Ebay and other places. I am wondering how particular I need to be in finding the exact part # for the HCU...I have seen a couple that have #s really close to mine, but not exact? For some reason, I don't think the #s need to match exactly in the case of the HCU, but I was hoping someone with a little more experience might be able to advise in confirming or correcting me? TIA!
