If an owner wants a catch can to keep gunk out of their intake to sleep/feel better so be it.
I've been saying this forever. Not to mention those completely useless lift kits and huge tires (that most owners keep on the blacktop 99% of the time) cost thousands more than a separator and do nothing in the real world other than murder mpg's and no one bats an eye over it. Yet Tracy gets crucified for posting about his R&D

Why does Eco Tuner ignore the eco's misaligned air flow problem? Surely even more money to be made by selling something to fix that glaring issue...

The lift kit/floormats/tires sellers aren't claiming to solve some sort of imaginary design problem. They don't post scary photos of uncertain goo, obtained under mysterious conditions from uncertain sources and call it "science".

I'm tired of this nonsense. If it's such a problem, then why don't you do something to change the problem? Pissing and moaning about something you didn't do is useless unless you really are that bored.

I'm about to get the new UPR and an RX can for the two vehicles my wife and I have. Plain and simple, they keep anything from small amounts to big amounts of fluids out of the intake system. I don't believe they will cure problems discussed before, but they sure as hell aren't going to hurt the vehicle. If it keeps my vehicles running for a few thousand miles than they would have, I would consider it money well spent.

I also am tired of hearing about so called miracles of these things. Show proof or just say that these things pull fluid from the intake like has been shown time and again. Ok. Rant over

If many of you would actually read the arguments against Tuner you would see that it has absolutely nothing to do with the catch can itself, it's more to do with his dire claims and his miracle cure-all can. He posts his **** everywhere, even in threads that have absolutely nothing to do with the PCV or CAC issues and many of us like you, are sick of it as well.

UPR doesn't get this argumentative attention because he doesn't go around spouting it will clear out atmospheric condensation or that our engines will rot from the inside out do to sulphuric acid and unburnt fuel.
So ask yourselves, why does Ecotuner get pounced on regularity and UPR doesn't. Maybe you'll see it then.

He is a businessman selling a product, does everybody get all up in arms when they see commercials on TV that may not be 100% honest and truthful and everything they want to hear? Essentially this had turned into 9 pages of advertising for Eco Tuner... at least I went and checked out the product because of this thread. Did any of us get angry with Ford for stuff because they advertised the best blah blah blah when it may not have been what it was supposed to be?

I give any guy props for arguing any way possible for the products that put food on the table and pay the bills. It always up to you if you are going to buy it or not anyway.

Rant done

This is not television and yes, anyone with ***** will get their arms up about a company not being truthful by either being vocal or not buying their products.
Why would I get angry with Ford? My truck is great!
Oh and BTW, I also don't need to lie to put food on the table. No business should.

Then prove the person wrong with facts. They may not be able to prove 100% of everything claimed, but can you claim 100% that everything they says is a lie?
