Heard this today from Sync...911 Assist Error , please see your dealer.

Shut the truck off and rebooted my phone and it didn't come back. A little later it said it again.

I think its time for the Sync wench to start singing "Daisy" - 2001 Space Odyssey reference there!

Perhaps a Sync update might fix it. Is it up to date? V3.2.2 I believe is the newest.

Already at 3.2.2.

I pulled the Sync fuse, will have to see if it continues and pay a visit to the dealer if it continues.

You can try preforming a Master Reset. Press Phone hard button, Settings, Advanced, Master Reset, Yes.

Manual also states that some mobile phones might have issues with 911 Assist but doesn't list what ones.
