If you want to go extreme, get the Roush exhaust and cold air intake.

Since Ford uses the same air box for up to the the 6.2 engine, you can use the CAI money elsewhere as they provide almost no benefit. You could just get an AEM dry drop-in filter for $40 instead.

I would look for tires. But if your trying to hide it, get a bedliner for yourself and something for your wife.

I've got the Corsa DB exhaust system and S&B CAI. I've very happy with the overall sound. Not too loud and just loud enough. The exhaust system is bolt on but I had a shop weld the bolted connections on after I installed it. I think I spent around $700-800 for both if I remember right.
