Dealership got truck today and said they hooked it up to a simulator and all pins had current and it wasn't the truck but the boat.

Boat tried with three other trucks and lights work fine. How is it the freakin boat????

If you stare down at the fuses, you can See if one is burnt out or not. The fuse has to be intact or the relay will not get power. So you check the fuse first. If it's good, then you can swap the relay out with another one that looks like it to see if that's it. Just don't try to start the truck, if your blindly pulling the donor relay without identifying it.

As another member stated, check relay #6 under the hood. May be that its not in all the way.

lol. Yes, the lights are on... Figured it out last night. The 7 pin receiver is loose. I can wiggle the 7 pin. Had an extra new in the pack 7 pin and it was loose, also. I could push it to the side and the lights would come on. tried both in the other truck (14 expedtion) and each fit perfect. Need a new receiver.

Hey, you never know! On my first boat,20 years ago, first day out I had to call my dealer b/c the kill switch wasn't attached. He listened to the motor and said, "hook up the kill switch and call me later".
