Ordered an X3 tuner from Mike last week. He was really cool to work with on the phone and the unit arrived in 2 days. While attempting to install the custom tune, I had an error message appear on the tuner and I could not load the tune. I emailed Mike at 9pm on a Friday night. He responded within 15 minutes and we verified we had the right PCM code. At 7:30am Saturday morning, he already was shipping out a replacement unit rather than cause me any further hassle. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had from ANYONE ! Anyone interested in buying a tuner, you MUST buy it from 5 star !

Pretty sure Mike can do almost anything. Another bump for a business that earns its name. Tried PHP 1st week of March, invoice March 17, April 27 & zero response for 2 email.
I don’t feel the need to track a vendor over the phone if they have online store front. This guy responds before you can finish your coffee in most cases.

Actually, right now they are running a special, $380 w/ free shipping w/ 3 custom tunes. Just look in the vendor section. Got all excited tonight when I got some money I needed to get one, picked up the phone and called, Mike picked up on second ring, dealt with all my noob questions and I ordered one for my truck! Got off the phone, looked at the time, it was almost 8 pm! They were technically closed!

What is mikes website? I have a 2011 f-150 xlt 4x4 with the 5.0 l engine. I am looking to get an inc in mpg, hp, torque, shift firmness, etc. What kind of programmer should i go for? Does he just have one for my specific truck? How does his programmer work?

Absolutely the best mod you can do to your truck. Mike was very patient with me, and responded quickly with my follow up questions. I have a Airaid cai, and Roush exhaust, and the SCT with his tunes really woke it up. I had the 87 performance & economy tune, along with the 93 performance tune installed. The 1st thing I liked was the shifting and throttle response, very crisp! I currently run the 87 econ. tune and have noticed 2.5-3 mpg increase. Install time was less then 15 min. to up the power!
