Default 5.4 3l

I did an entire change out of plugs and coilpacks 2 months ago and yesterday started missfire cyl 4 so i creplaced burnt sparkplug and replaced coil pack just in case even though prob didnt need to well check engine light is out but still missing pretty bad . I put my scanner (cheap) and went to autozone and not throwing anymore codes. In coincidence i ordered both selenoids that go on top of heads on both sides i think vvc is what its called and i ordered pcv valve last week so maybe coincidence that its going out or something else please any advice helps

VCT really shouldn't have anything to do with spark plugs misfires. Nor PCV.

Are you sure the plug wire is connected properly? These connectors are notorious for damage, and then it's hard to fully connect them. That would cause a massive miss.
