Angry 4x4 problems

Took my 2010 lariat in for a clicking/ grinding noise while engaging the 4 wheel drive. The dealer replaced a actuator whick corrected the engaging problem but now i have a loud humming noise and cant figure out where its coming from. The humming goes away when I put it into 4 hi so I took it back in so the replaced another actuator but the noise is still there. I have BFG All-Terrain T/A KO's on and they tried telling me it could be from those but they've been on for over a year and this just started after the first time i took it in. what could it be?
Thanks.

Transfer case is about right under the cab and is louder in 4lo than 4 hi on every truck I have ever had.

Man maybe the pin that engages it could not be pulling back far enough or something in your front end try greasing everything good

Could be one of your IWE's (integrated wheel end). My brother had an issue with one on his raptor and had it replaced under warranty. It would occasionally start grinding in 2wd but shifting into 4hi would make it go away...

My t-case on my truck takes a good 20 seconds to engage 4wd and when it does, it makes a loud grinding noise for a second. Wish I had auto 4x4.

A little pop/grind is normal when engaging 4 wheel drive, it's just getting rid of slack in the driveline.
Also, even though our trucks are capable of ESOF (engaging 4 wheel drive while moving) it will wear down parts quicker than just stopping and then engaging while in neutral.

That don't sound right, mine take about 5seconds to engage.
