3rd Brake lights
On my 13 XLT I noticed the other day when I was washing the truck . The third brake light has a bunch of what looks like to be leaves or dirt inside the light cover.
Does my warranty cover this? I read my warranty papers and believe the lights and all are to be a wear and tear item. Anyone else had this problem? Light fixture has never been removed( FYI).

I saw that there is a massive thread on this. The general consensus is, the OEM gasket sucks. One of the best fixes is to take off the light yourself and silicone it. Warranty might cover it, and change the seal but it may leak again.
Or buy an aftermarket one, like recon or something. People have done that claim those gaskets are better.
I will also note that this spans across many years of F150 AND other manufactures.

Yes, warranty does cover it. I had mine replaced yesterday during my oil change (they ordered the part ahead of time). Service Manager remarked that the part number had changed, mechanic said "the foam was thicker".
