Default 355 LS Rear End Problems

I have had the clutch packs replaced a couple times now, because of vibration and rumbling while making a turn. You can feel it very distinctly.
The last repair was made back in Oct. 2014 with 55K miles.
It has happened more recently after I have driven 50 miles or more, then coming to a stop and taking off while making a right or left turn. After the truck has set for a couple hours, the problem has gone away.
The dealer, on the advice of Ford has taken out ten thousands of the shims each time, thinking that the pack was too tight. Now, I don't know what to think.
I have called the dealer again since I am 1000 miles from going out of warranty and they are going to contact the regional rep for more guidance on this issue.
Is there any chance that this rear end will lock up and strand me some where with this problem?

It sounds like your dealer is getting in contact with your regional customer service manager, ilmo; did they provide you with a case number? If so, please send it to me privately so I can investigate this further. If not, send instead your full name, best daytime contact number, and VIN.

Try putting ford friction modifier in the rear diff. If it's a LS and chattering like that it might not have it. Or is it a locker?

Lockers don't have clutch packs
