I, myself have a 5.0 that I've upgraded and love, my father in law has a R/C 2011 3.7 that he just wants a little more out of. He has ordered a tuner and a few tunes through MPT. Have any members here upgraded their 3.7, if so what upgrades are worth while? He has 3:73's in his truck currently as well.

 

Mustang headers for the 3.7 will help with more low to mid range torque.

 

Stock headers from the 3.7 mustang or aftermarket like BBK?

 

The BBK shorties is what I have, you get a pretty good bump, I have them on my Mustang and you can really feel the difference in the actual RPM's you use in a daily driver. The Stock F-150 and Stock Mustang are the same.
