285/60/20 Duratracs
#21
I don't have the Goodyear dura tracks, but I do have Goodyear silent armors in 285/60 R20.
The SA is excellent in the snow and mud and is very smooth and quiet for a load range E tire.

Are these tires decent on noise, ride quality and good in the winter? Looking to beef up the truck and I'm going to sell my Pirellis and winter setup to pay for some tires and a level. It's between these, BFG KO's and LTZ's. Which is the best? These are the best looking IMO!

Here is my .02...I just priced out new tires..DuraTracs in 285/60/20 average about $330/each...My Cooper Zeon LTZ's in 275/60/20 were $195/each..Understandly some load difference but my Zeon's have an XL load rating..So little more than p-rated yet more comfortable and less stiff than an LT "E" rated tire..Big price difference for a tire that is what .25" wider...Not worth money in my opinion..Oh and the LTZ's look plenty aggressive for me and I purchased based on weeks and weeks of checking reviews..Ok done, thanks

In response to the above I did not purchase merely based on price. I did plenty of research on several brands and models for what suits my needs. Duratracs are great tires but no sense in me paying for an "e rated" truck tire when I don't haul heavy or tow. Some do buy because certain tires "look cool" but the LTZ looks great and is an excellent performing tire for my needs.
