Default 275 70 18 on stock truck

Im looking into replacing the tires on my 2014 f150 xlt supercrew. I don't want to lift or level but would like to jump up from a 275 65 18 to maybe a 275 70 18. I see that some have done it with no rub but was wondering if I would rub when pulling a load. I pulled a 30 foot camper this weekend with weight distributing hitch and noted that it dropped the front about 1 inch. WOuld I have rub in this scenario at full lock backing up etc. if so Ill just stay stock. specifically looking at the ko2s if anyones done this.

4wd or 2wd?

Judging from the stock size you, I would say 4wd, and the 275/70-18 are only one about one inch bigger than the 275/65-18. If you look like you can clear an extra half inch you should be good. If you are still worried the 285/65-18 look good too.

4wd. I'd rather go taller than wider. The 70s are cheaper than the 65s every where I check. Any issues putting these load range e on stock xlt rims?

Never an issue on my 07s stock 18s. I used to run them at 60-70 PSI most of the time, they felt spongy to me under that range, if you tow a lot you will want to keep around 70.

I run 295/70/17 on stock xlt rims on my stock 2013 f150 4x4 screw. I tow a small fifth wheel and and enclosed trailer and never had any rub towing or off-roading. They are also e rated.

FYI - adjust your WDH. Front end height should not be lower than when unhitched. Ford says 1/2 hitched vs unhitched height. I prefer closer to stock ride in front with bars engaged.

I ran this size unleveled for a year with no problems. I don't think you will have an issue

I have the Duratrac's in 275/70R18. Before I leveled it, (stock height) they rubbed at full lock in reverse. With basically a 1 1/2" lift now, there is no more rubbing.

Anyone run this size tire with no level with weather tech no drill mud flaps. Just got to thinking that there may be some interfering there. Also, just used the wdh the other day for the first time. A fellow camper helped hook it up. Hooked on 2nd to top link so not much room to run it looser. I will play with it next time a bit. thanks for the help.
