Do a search and you will find my thread, I have the same on mine, no rubbing with mud flaps at all 4 corners. Although I did have to trim the flaps a tiny bit. If you don't have flaps, its no problem at all. I have the firestone destination A/T's.

I had to remove the front mudflaps but I left the rear ones.

I don't have same truck or 20's...lol.. But my 4X4 XL i had 33x12.5x17 mickey Thomson baja claws on with no rub...

Fits fine, I recommend the Cooper Zeon LTZ, they weren't my first choice but i love them.
