Default 275/55/20, Need to replace, help please!

I am getting close to 40,000 miles on my '09 FX4Screw, I do a lot of driving on the road, but need a decent tire for hunting and working on our small 10 acre farm as well. Tow a 18' three horse slant steel trailer, and a 16' car trailer.

No leveling kit, because it is a company truck I will get a new one next year so can't justify for the 2 1/2 years I will have it.

I would like a bigger sidewall, but I don't want any rub issues. How big can I go?

What tire's do you recommend?

I have 285/55/20 Terra Grapplers with a 2 1/2 in level kit with no where near a rub. I think you could do it without a kit easy.

I have 285/55/20 Nitto Terra grapplers on aftermarket BMF Novakanes with the stock suspension. No leveling kit or lift. The Novakanes have an aggressive back spacing so these were the biggest tires I could fit with no leveling kit. If you have stock rims yet you should be able to get 33 inch tires in there but I can't tell you the biggest size for sure.
