The15s are several thousand more exoensive. With the 14 rebates and your out the door price, your 14 will keep a higher percentage of that price than a 15 will in 3-5 years.

New to the forum...I just bought a new 2014 STX 4x4 Regular cab yesterday.

There are a few reasons why I did so.

1. I love this generation of F-150. Beautiful trucks.
2. I got a SCREAMING deal on the '14. MSRP 35K. I got it for just under 26K. Payments with some cash down are $280/month.
3. I NEVER purchase the first release of anything - especially first production vehicles. I am an engineer for a global company. The first release of anything WILL have problems. Maybe small, maybe big. It is just not possible to test/simulate mass production and real world factors.
Hardware, software, vehicles. doesn't matter.
4. I could not care less if the value drops on my '14. I plan on keeping this for at least 10 years - hopefully 15.
