Default 2014 right wheel drag

My front right tire feels like the brakes are dragging when I jack it up and turn the tire manually. But I think I can hear the front transfer case turn with it. Does this seem more like a hub issue? I thought it was ball joints but they do not make noise when I checked them. There is also a slight tap transferring through the steering.

When you jack up the front if the engine is not running the front hubs will lock. Then when you try to rotate the tire, you are turning the CV shaft, front differential and front drive shaft back to the transfer case.

Usually a drag on a single wheel is a caliper sticking. This can be caused by a sticky caliper piston, flex hose or the hard line back to the ABS pump collapsing inside (restricting flow back to master cylinder).
