Default 2014 question

Hi all, new to the forums so if this question has been asked or if it is in the wrong spot please feel free to redirect me.

I currently own an 03 Ranger FX4 and have decided to pull the trigger at some point on an F150. There are several features I like that are standard, so going with another maker is not an option. What I have a question about is the trim levels...

I love the look of the FX4, but also like the 4a option available on the Lariats and higher. If 4a was available on the FX4 I'd be showing you pictures of my new truck by now.

Has there been any word on if Ford will be having 4a on the FX4 package in the 2014 trucks? This is a critical feature- I rolled my ranger on it's side (minimal damage due to deep snow) because I was switching from 4x4 to 4x2 and caused the wheels to slip on a snowy, yet not so snowy for 4x4, road.

Thanks for the help

Moved to 09'-Present section. I think it will do better there.

The 2014 order guides are not out yet, but I doubt the 4 wheel automatic feature will cross over to the FX4 due to it being a off road model. If they change it I'll update this thread.

4A saved my bacon this past winter going up a hill that had mixed of ice and snow.

Probably should have been in 4H, but the road before the hill was in town and was relatively snow free and dry.
