Default 2014 FX4 interior lamps

The lamps supplied by fuse #4 (10A) in the panel behind the right kick panel are not working. It blows the fuse as soon as I replace it. Before I start trying to chase it down I wanted to seek some advice. I do know the truck had some roof damage before I bought it (insurance declaration and some bits of glass below the rear window).
I think I need to drop the roof liner and expect the wiring was either damaged during the repair or pinched during the headliner replacement. The courtesy lights work when I open the doors both front and back but the map lights and vanity lights are off.
Any ideas or advice on my best plan of action?
Thanks
Randy

Ran into this same issue with an older model, the spring that makes the vanity door stay up dislodged and shorted across the light terminals.

Not saying that's your issue but I'd look there first.
