I have a 2014 5.0 4x4 it’s got 230000 miles it threw a p0349 code I let it set for a day and came back no check engine light was on so I cleared the codes and drove it no light came on but when I’m accelerating it looses power and then it comes right back it

dose it pretty bad from 0-45 mph but once you get up to speed it only dose it once in a while could this be coil packs, spark plugs, or is it something wrong with the fuel pump
