3.7 eco? Do you have the 3.7 regular v6 or the 3.5 V6 Ecoboost?

There is no such thing as a 3.7L V6 Ecoboost. The only Ecoboost in a F150 is a 3.5L

Corsa exhaust...watched a youtube video where they had changed the exhaust with a Hearthrob exhaust and had an increase in HP 30+.

hahahahahaha. I bet if you put a twin turbo sticker as well, you'll gain 20hp and 35lbs of torque.

In all seriousness, you'll maybe gain 2 or 3hp. At most.
