2014 3.7 with BBK 73MM throttlebody
Anyone running a 2011-2014 F150 3.7NA with a 73MM BBK throttlebody? I have my 2014 with a this throttlebody working good with MPT tunes, I also have 5 Star tunes but they don't seem to be compatible with the throttlebody. Just wondering if anyone else has this throttlebody and runs a 5 Star tune. When I try my 5 Star 93 perf/tow tune I get acceleration issues, whenever I want to accelerate fast, I put the pedal down and leave it steady at one position, the engine revs up and down rapidly on it's own, about 2 times per second. Once it gets up to speed then it's ok.
After 3 revisions for the 5 star it keeps getting worse. To be fair I have not datalogged it yet, that's the next step but I would think they could provide a baseline tune that would work. Had to switch back to my MPT 93 PRX tune which works fine. I know, then I should just run the MPT tunes and forget the 5 star tunes, but I want the option to run the 5 Star tunes to see how they work for towing / mileage / daily driving compared to my MPT tunes.

You answered your own roundabout question. Datalog and send the info to 5* so they can correct it. Until then nothing else need be discussed.

That doesn't sound like a common combonation. DataLog and send them in.
