Default 2013 options on a 2010

Does anyone know if the 2013 Hid headlights would be an easy/even swap into my 2010? I had a buddies shop build me projectors but like the new '13 model.

Also same goes for the tow mirrors, anyone know if the '13 tow mirrors would swap onto my '10? I have tow mirrors now but like the '13 better.

Thanks

I'm not sure if the mirrors would be a straight swap or not. My guess is no. However, I'm sure it can be done.
As for the headlights, those will work. You would just need to purchase a wiring harness to make the connections. I got mine off eBay but would be pretty simple to make your self. Just would have to get the parts.

If you don't mind me asking how much were your head lights and are you happy with them?
I'm trying to decide if I should switch from the projectors to oem hid setup, plus they look cool

Well the OEM hid's are also projectors.

I was able to get my lights for $700 which was a great price...cheapest I've seen. They are running on eBay for around $900+. The harness was another $105 but as mentioned before, you could build your own and be done for cheaper probably.

I have not had a chance to get mine in as I have not received my harness yet. Been waiting for almost 2 months for it. Everything I hear and the pictures posted indicate that they are way better than the stock halogens and will be a great improvement.

Also very interested about the tow mirrors. I like mine now, but the running lights and power features would be killer.

The running lights is what I like. Always liked the look on the super dutys.
Hopefully someone else can chime in who has maybe done the swap

There would have to be a constant hot wire running through/near the mirrors on our '10s to juice up the '13 running lights. Would have to swap out the mirror adjustment **** for the new one that has the power fold switch in it as well, along with any wiring too. Kind of a PITA but I'd be willing to give it a shot if it could be done.
