I considered my distance to be perfectly fine when I bought my 2013. Of course I've never considered starting it while leaving stadiums or airplanes but it seemed fine. Now however the distance sucks. Just to unlock the doors I need to be standing next to it. I've been assuming a new battery would fix my woes.
