2013 Grille question

Is the 2013 grille or grille surround different than a 2012? They look the same, but I'm seeing inserts that say they only fit the 2013?

They ARE different. But will bolt to any 09-14. The part that get actual grill snaps into is different.

So if I go with an aftermarket insert it won't matter?
