About a year ago I replaced my struts/shocks on my 2013 FX4. I only had about 15k miles on it. My buddy has a 2008 XLT and wants to take the factory struts/shocks off my hands.

Does anyone know if they will fit his truck or if there is anything else we need to be aware of?

I just put my orig (3k offroad pkg 2013) on the rear of 2006 lariat 4x4 . Didnt do front because they appear to be different . The struts dont have spacer on bottom like the 2006 does. may fit but will be closer to cv shafts .HTH
