The ad does not tell you what all is done/included, but from the pictures you can see a Cold Air Intake. What else is typically done to these trucks? The ad says 415 HP?

Here is a link to a YouTube video that claims a 38hp & 50lbtq increase with an exhaust upgrade. They didn't give an overall improvement after the exhaust, intake & tune combo.

Ford put a pretty conservative tune on the GT500 Mustangs so EcoBoost may be similar for tune improvements.
