2013 Ecoboost Front Passenger O2 Sensor
Has anyone ever changed out the front passenger O2 sensor without removing the downpipe? Any tips or tricks on removing it?
If you needed to know, I recently got a check engine light for the heater circuit on Bank 1 Sensor 1 (P0135 Code). I believe this is due to when I just changed to Stainless Works Catted downpipes - The sensor must have gotten damaged when swapping them over.
Just looking for advice on swapping it out without removing the downpipe.
Thanks in advance!

The wires were actually the easy part when I was swapping downpipes. There is one under the sound deadening cover for the HPFP for the front driver-side O2 sensor. All the others are up next to the transmission on either side respectively.
It's getting an O2 sensor tool in there where space is tight and being able to get good torque on it to loosen it without damaging anything that is the hard part. I was hoping to save some time and effort to try this without removing the downpipe again - maybe someone had done this before and had a tip or 2?
I found where someone used a 7/8" crows foot and was able to get it out.... I might try that or use a low-profile O2 sensor socket to break it free. Orientation of the front right O2 sensor is at about 10-11 o'clock on the downpipe and is very close to the transmission.
Gonna try it today after work.
