Default 2013 3.5 turbo issue?????

I recently had dealership perform the tsb regarding timing chain stretch. Before this i would hear my bov after hard acceleration at low speed. Now i do not. Should i not be concerned or what should i be looking at ?? My first vehicle with turbo,s so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, i was not sure if it was normal to hear the “swoosh” after letting off the gas peddle. I just know i do not hear it after repairs were made.
